Pieta House is hosting its inaugural International Men’s Day event – With Men In Mind – next Wednesday and it promises to be a fantastic night celebrating the men of Ireland. We think it’s about time too because we are world class men if we do say so ourselves.
There’s going to be a mix of music, discussion and #manter (male banter) and we’re going to bring our A-game so your #manter better be up to scratch. Just so you know we neither have an “A-game” or any game for that matter so fear not, your #manter will be outstanding.
This male only evening will include guest speakers: Dublin Footballer Paul Flynn, author Michael Harding, Founder of Men’s Sheds Ireland John Evoy, Pieta House therapist John Searson, with the event being hosted by Brendan O’Connor.
It’s free in and the event takes place on Wednesday, November 19 at 7pm in Powerscourt Theatre on South William Street in Dublin and it’s kindly supported by Brú Brewery, Keoghs Crisps and Brooks Hotel. Get yourself a ticket by following the links below.
