Enjoy today’s good weather, because it won’t be around for long

We can expect to see a lot of footballers wearing questionable get-ups in exotic locations over the summer, but they’ll do well to match Jamie Carragher’s awful multi-coloured shorts.

Now that he’s retired, Carragher can enjoy this summer without having to worry about the gruelling demands of pre-season in about six weeks time and he’s already taken himself to Ibiza to enjoy a few days in the sun after signing off in his last season at Anfield.

The soon to be Sky Sports pundit was spotted in an airport in Ibiza by a Reds fan and was good enough to take the time to pose for a photo, but he might regret doing so after his very questionable multi-coloured shorts were brought to a wider audience.

If you look very far into the distance, you can just about make out the fashion police making their way towards Carragher in the background. Only messing Jamie, you might be the first but you certainly won’t be the last footballer guilty of crimes against fashion over the summer.
