There is something refreshing about innovation on the football pitch, and this clip from Thailand is many things, but innovative is certainly one of them.

It would take something out of the ordinary for a pre-season friendly Thai side Muangthong and South Korean outfit Gyeongnam FC to become so popular worldwide, and that is exactly what happened.
The game was 0-0 when Muangthong attempted one of the strangest free-kicks we have seen in a while. The ball was quickly blocked down and didn’t amount to anything, but we enjoyed it none the less.
After his headed pass, the player is quickly up to his feet before trying to win another free closer to goals. Full of endeavour.
