Celtic had the worst possible start tonight when they conceded an awful goal to Juventus at Parkehead.
By Declan Whooley
The Bhoys would have hoped to keep it tight at the back and hope that the vocal home support would affect the Italian side, but a defensive mix-up has meant a nightmare start to their qChampions League clash.
Celtic defender Efe Ambrose was nudged off the ball by Juventus player Alessandro Matrio, poking the ball through on goal. Lustig scrambled back, but Marchisio dispatched the rebound to put Juve 1-0, though the ball was adjudged to have crossed the line from Matri anyway.
Neil Lennon will not be happy with the defending but there is still a long way to go in the tie.
