Twitter has been alight with the pictures of the victorious DIT students who won the Sigerson Cup and their...unique celebrations.

Dublin Institute of Technology claimed their first ever Sigerson Cup with a win over University College Cork yesterday with a ten point win 2-08 to 0-07.

UCC have 20 cups to their name, while DIT's first ever victory was clearly a sweet taste of glory for the lads, in particular Alan Nestor, who must not have had a towel handy after the match when this snap was taken. Bernard Allen and Tomas O'Connor weren't ones to miss out on the naked banter either.

The lads must not be familiar with the lyrics from the old Jermaine Stewart track “We don't have to take our clothes off, to have a good time”... Hopefully they'll at least give it a wipe down before it goes in the trophy cabinet.
