Love tech? Then this is for you.

Dublin Tech Summit is coming to town on 18 and 19 April and there are some incredible speakers on this year’s line-up. It’s a great chance to catch up to 200 tech specialists from the world of business, politics, entertainment, science and more at the Dublin Convention Centre.

Expert speakers will include representatives from the likes of Microsoft, AirBnB, Hubspot, Slack, Twitter. There’ll also be countless startup founders, innovators and specialists discussing technology trends and insights.

You can catch the second United States Secretary of Homeland Security, Michael Chertoff, which promises to be a fascinating talk. Other notable speakers include Dee Arthur, COO and Co-Founder of Mingo cryptocurrency and Amali de Awlis, CEO of Code First:Girls.

Deputy Director for Engineering & Science at NASA, Jordan P Evans, will also be talking about sending the Curiosity Rover to Mars. Not into space travel? Emmy-winning CNN anchor Gina London will be discussing the likes of translational communications.

In addition to Dublin Tech Summit’s four main stages, they’ve teamed up with Irish music program, beatvyne, to bring the first Music x Tech experience to Ireland. Music x Tech will highlight how emerging technology in the entertainment industry is affecting both consumers and industry insiders.

Dublin Tech Summit also continues to lead the way in supporting women in tech with the second edition of their Women in Tech initiative. As part of this initiative, Dublin Tech Summit is hosting a number of female mentorship events around the core event and is launching Ireland’s inaugural Women in Tech Awards, which will take place this October.
