Movement Fitness run 45-minute group HIIT outdoor workouts which incorporate bodyweight , resistance and cardio based exercises. This form of exercise helps burn fat, build muscle and supercharge your metabolism burning body fat for hours after your workout.

That doesn't have to be boring though, and nothing beats being in the great outdoors while you work out. Their professional trainers will be there to encourage you along the way, to make sure you're getting the most out of the programme.
