Created with reuse-led design, everything in the Heineken® Greener Bar has had a previous life. From the structure of the bar itself to the staff's uniforms and the use of reusable cups, everything in the bar is recycled, upcycled or reusable. Taking things one step further, the Heineken® Greener Bar is also using state-of-the-art technology to reduce waste, water and energy use, whilst still delivering the best sound and lighting quality. Taking things one step further, the Heineken® Greener Bar stage is also cutting out international travel this year, and will instead feature an all local line-up throughout the weekend. George Feely, Singalong Social and PrYmary colours are just some of the incredible Irish acts lined up to take over Heineken's stage throughout the weekend. These simple changes are expected to save up to 9,760kg of plastic event waste and 23,646kg of CO2 emissions, while this year's festival will see 20,000 less single-use plastic cups in circulation when compared to EP 2019.
