Well, “need” may be a strong word. So you want a new phone? If so, this is a great chance to win a spanking new iPhone 8.
Vodafone X are coming to University College Cork on Thursday, 15 February, and they’ll be hiding a brand new iPhone somewhere on campus. So, you can finally upgrade that bog-standard smartphone that you’ve been carrying around for too long.

Of course, this isn’t just a simple treasure hunt. There’s more to this hunt that just finding an X on the map. We’ll need you to do a bit of work and tick some boxes along the way.
The winner will be the first person to find the iPhone and complete a series of challenges on the day. If you want to take part, tune into JOE’s Twitter and Snapchat (JOE_ie) channels on the day. We’ll be giving out instructions and all the clues you need to succeed.
