In what appears to be the obvious open and shut case we've seen in years, a drunk driver in the US has been arrested while wearing an 'I'm A Drunk' t-shirt.
The helpful motorist was 22-year-old Long Island citizen Kevin Daly, whose garment read: 'I'm not an alcoholic. I'm a drunk. Alcoholics go to meetings.' In Kevin's case, alcoholics go to jail, as he was charged for ploughing into a police car while intoxicated.

As he stood for his mugshot, Kevin knew his t-shirt purchase had been a bad idea
The incident occured at 1.45am last night, though thankfully the officer inside the car was treated with only minor injuries at Stony Brook University Medical Centre.
Daly is currently being held on $10,000 bail at his arraignment and was also been issued on several traffic summonses. His hilarious mugshot, provided by the Suffolk County Police department today, can be seen above.
Now, if only we can convince burglars to wear black eyemasks and carry bags clearly marked 'SWAG'...
