In what is terrible news for his many Irish fans, today is Chris Hadfield’s last day on the International Space Station. But boy has he given us some brilliant mementoes over the last few months.
It’s incredibly selfish, of course, to say that it’s terrible that Chris is coming home; no doubt he’s dying to see his family and he is well deserving of some time off, but we’re going to miss the wonderful and breathtaking images and videos he’s provided us with from above in the last few months.

Have a safe trip, Commander Hadfield.
