Now that Summer 2021 is in full swing, our social calendars are filling up pretty quickly.
Summer time is all about reuniting with pals over some great craic, good food and delicious pints.
With that in mind, how does a whole month of unbelievable food and refreshing pints sound?
That’s exactly what the Hop House 13 Summer Sizzle has to offer.
For four weeks only, this bookable outdoor food experience will be taking place at Guinness Open Gate Brewery in Dublin and it’s certainly not to be missed…
Kicking off on Wednesday 4 August and running every week until Sunday 29 August, Hop House 13 Summer Sizzle will have a mouth-watering menu along with different DJs’ tunes every week, making it the ultimate way to enjoy the rest of the summer.
The opening hours for Hope House 13 Summer Sizzle every weekend are:
- Wednesdays to Fridays: 5 pm – 9 pm
- Saturdays: 3 pm – 9 pm
- Sundays: 1 pm – 6 pm
Over the course of the four weeks, you can enjoy some unreal food and listen to a number of deadly Irish DJs including Tara Stewart, Tiny Choons, Claire Beck and DJ Selky.
Plus, Hop House 13 has collaborated with Dublin’s Marcus O’Laoire to create two bespoke dishes for the event. The Lamb Hopper, a Tunisian style Lamb dish and the Cauli Hopper, a Miso Roasted cauliflower flatbread.
The menu is inspired by Hop House 13, so the food is sure to pair perfectly with a perfect summer evening pint. Both of these mouth-watering dishes will be available throughout the four week experience, so there’ll be no shortage of good food for you to indulge on.
