This is great.
Thousands of Irish Leaving Cert students got their results earlier this week and thoughts will now turn to what college they’ll spend their next few years in and what career they might pursue.
It’s a similar story in the UK and one student either genuinely believes in what was written in the Harry Potter books, or, in a far likelier scenario, decided to take the piss a little with an application to UCAS (Undergraduate Courses at University and College) to attend Hogwarts University.
The student in question probably didn’t expect a response, but they got one and what a response it was too.
Someone applied to go to Hogwarts University on their UCAS form.
