Scary.
Two journalists reporting on a recent train derailment in Alameda Creek, California almost became part of the tragic events themselves after a motorist lost control of their car and almost hit the duo.
KTVU reporter Alex Savidge was reporting from the side of the road when the white Toyota violently swerved towards him but he miraculously escaped because the cameraman that he was working with had warned him in the nick of time about the impending danger.

Thank god that Savidge survived and while the incident was incredibly traumatic, it seems that he’s happy to put it behind him and continue with his work.
Back to work after a crazy day. Thankfully, I'm staying indoors covering traffic…fitting I suppose. @KTVU pic.twitter.com/tNnalpC3Ob
