Connacht 6-18 Leinster
Leinster defeated Connacht at the Sportsground (their fourth consecutive win in all competitions) to move ahead of their provincial rival in the Mangers League table.
Leinster opened the scoring in the 14th minute when Isa Nacewa dived in for a try after a pass from scrum-half Isaac Boss.
Jonathon Sexton missed the conversion, however, and a 34th minute Ian Keatley penalty meant the western province went into half time only two points down.
A 55 th minute penalty from Ian Keatley was sandwiched by two successful kicks from Jonathon Sexton.
As Connacht pushed for a try in injury time, Dominic Ryan intercepted and sprinted home for Leinster’s second try.
It was enough to cost Connacht a precious bonus point.
Leinster are now in sixth position, two points and three places ahead of Connacht in the table.
