Willow – FilmFour – 6.20pm

The story of a dwarf (Warwick Davis) who must protect a newborn baby with the help of a rogue-ish criminal (Val Kilmer) from an evil queen.

The Fast And The Furious – ITV2 – 9.00pm

Before the series evolved into stealing entire bank vaults in Rio (Fast Five), or blowing up planes on endless runways (Six), or jumping between skyscrapers escaping rocket launchers (Seven), or escaping from submarines (Eight), see where it all kicked off, involving stolen DVD players and an undercover cop.

Haywire – Syfy – 9.00pm

Partially filmed in Ireland (Michael Fassbender gets his ass kicked here), it sees Gina Carano as a government agent on the run after being framed for a job she didn’t do. Co-stars Channing Tatum, Michael Douglas, and Antonio Banderas!

Free Solo – National Geographic – 9.00pm

This year’s winner of Best Documentary Feature, it tells the story of professional climber Alex Honnold and his daring attempt to perform a free solo climb of the El Capitan rock formation in the summer of 2017.

Deliverance – TCM – 11.20pm

A group of friends go for a canoeing trip in the backwoods of America, only to cross paths with some locals and… yeah, things don’t go so great.

American History X – ITV4 – 11.30pm

Edward Norton plays a former neo-Nazi who tries to stop his younger brother (T2’s Edward Furlong) from following in his footsteps.
