Coming to a cinema near you.

When it comes to Christmas films, do you guys give up? Or are you thirsty for more? We already know the answer because just like the Wet Bandits and their insatiable appetite to rob every single house that they see, we know that there’s no such thing as too many Christmas films.

Well, with Die Hard and Elf both returning to Irish cinemas over the festive period, we’re delighted to say that you don’t even need to make your family disappear to watch Home Alone because the Christmas classic is being shown all around Ireland.

Omniplex Cinemas know that Christmas just isn’t Christmas without KEVIN! – and that’s why they’re bringing back Chris Columbus’ classic.

Home Alone returns to the big screen from the 21st of December for a one week run and tickets for screenings in the following cinemas are expected to sell out very quickly.

This is it! Don’t get scared now!

In the immortal words of Linnie McCallister, if you forget to pick one up, “you’re what the French call ‘les incompetents.’

Tickets cost €8 and they can be bought here.

If you’re lucky enough to get a ticket, we really hope the cinema staff say this when you’re leaving: “Hey, I’m gonna give you to the count of ten, to get your ugly, yella, no-good keister off my property, before I pump your guts full of lead! 1, 2, 10!”

A perfect date at the cinema this Christmas.
