Could Captain Marvel be the one who is going to stop Thanos?
Avengers: Infinity War was probably the biggest movie of 2018.
It was everything you want from a superhero film. Exciting, cool, funny, and it left us absolutely dying for the next one to come out (despite the doubt surrounding it due to the recent James Gunn saga).
We won’t spoil the movie for you, in case you’re one of the three people in the world who hasn’t seen it yet, but just know that the ending had people in absolute shock.
Thanos looks unstoppable, and the damage that has been done seems pretty irreversible.
But with the very last second of screen time, Avengers: Infinity War offered us a glimmer of hope.
This glimmer of hope came in the form of a symbol. A symbol that loads of people won’t have understood until they got home and frantically googled what the hell it meant.
This symbol came after Nick Fury sent out a distress signal. It was answered by one person.
Captain Marvel.
And she looks great.

We know very little about Captain Marvel herself, other than the fact that she’s really powerful, and could be the key ingredient to stopping Thanos, or eradicating the stuff that he has done.
What we do know is that when Nick Fury was in a real spot of bother, he had seconds to call one person, and he called her.
This says a lot.
And what it says to us, is that we can not wait to see her in the cinema.
Captain Marvel is due out in March of 2019.
