Directed by Chava Cartas and running a brisk 91 minutes, the film is based on a true story. It stars Alfonso Herrera, Noé Hernández and Hector Kotsifakis, and follows two police officers who pull over a stolen vehicle only to find one of the world’s most dangerous criminals sitting inside.

The story chronicles the recapture of the notorious drug lord.
