First Dates Ireland LGBTQ

Looking for love?

The team that produces RTÉ2’s fan-favourite First Dates Ireland is looking to cast LGBTQ+ daters for their next series, which is currently being filmed.

COCO Television, the production company which has brought you Room To Improve, Desperate Houses and Don’t Tell The Bride, is looking to find the next great LGBTQ+ love story – and to film every second of it on national telly.

If you’ve watched previous episodes of the show and believe you’ve cracked the code to the perfect first date, albeit one that broadcasts to the world, then now is your time to shine.

With the third season of the hit show winding down, RTÉ2 are taking applications for its fourth season, and they are looking for people who are single and looking for genuine love.

Besides this, the process of applying is fairly simple. Eligible daters must be:

  • Over 18 years of age
  • A permanent legal resident of Ireland
  • Never have been employed by the show’s production company COCO Television or RTÉ, nor can they be sharing a household or a relative of any current/former employer

All applicants must also agree to a series of terms and conditions set out here.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to be a dater featured in the background, you can register your interest here.

Best of luck!
