Since premiering in 2005, US sitcom It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia has garnered a lot of love from people worldwide.
If you need proof of that, just think of how excited Irish fans of the show were when news broke that part of its 15th season, recently released on Netflix here, would take place on
the Emerald Isle.
Or the buzz that erupted when the series called for members of the Irish public to be a
double for legendary character Frank Reynolds, played by Danny DeVito.
If you're a lover of the show - someone who enjoys the finer things like boiling denim and soaking ham in rum - why not put that knowledge to good use at Galway venue Massimo which will be hosting an It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia table quiz on Wednesday, 9 March.
"We're warming up for Paddy's week in style with fight milk cocktails, some rum ham and a quiz to pay homage to Philadelphia's most immoral human beings and the degenerate owners of Paddy’s Bar," the description for the event reads.
"We will have plenty of prizes up for grabs and you won't have to resort to cannibalism, kidnapping, huffing paint, grave-robbing or setting anyone on fire to win!"
With questions to be drawn from all 15 seasons, there will be spot prizes on the night for Best Dressed, Best Team Name and special rounds including a Frank’s Little Beauties competition.
To take part, it costs €40 to book a table of four, or you can pay €10 per person on the night if there are spaces left.
