Late Late Show line up

It will be a packed show.

Once again, it’s that time of the week when RTÉ reveals who viewers can expect to see if they tune into the Late Late this Friday.

Joining host Ryan Tubridy on this week’s show will be Timmy Long and James Leonard, hosts of the acclaimed podcast The Two Norries.

The pair will share their personal stories of addiction and recovery, as well as what inspired them to start a podcast together.

Dublin-born renowned DJ and former BBC radio host Annie Mac will also be on the show to talk about the return of clubbing after the pandemic and her new career as an author.

In terms of comedy, Westmeath comedian Alison Spittle will chat with Tubridy about the very unexpected inspiration behind her new project, while popular ventriloquist Nina Conti will be surprising Late Late audience members with her “hilarious match-making skills”.

On top of this, the cast of Irish playwright Conor McPherson’s musical Girl from the North Country, which is based on Bob Dylan’s music, will appear on the programme and give a live performance of a Dylan classic.

Rising pop star Maisie Peters, meanwhile, will perform her single ‘Psycho’ live in-studio ahead of her support slot with her mentor Ed Sheeran in Croke Park this weekend.

This week’s Late Late Show airs on RTÉ One on Friday, 22 April at 9.35pm.
