VIDEO: This Irish ad made it into YouTube’s top 10 ads for January

Isn't it ironic that our association with something as nerdy as Star Wars has made us more popular?

Tourism Ireland's behind-the-scenes Star Wars ad, featuring interview footage with Star Wars Episode VII director JJ Abrams, has been listen in the top 10 YouTube ads for the month of January, 2016. The ad is being shared in 14 different markets, including Britain, the United States, Canada, Germany France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, the Nordic region, Australia, New Zealand, India, the GCC and South Africa. Consequently, the ad has reached 2.5million people worldwide since its released on January 4.
