Line-up announced for Graham Norton’s New Year’s Eve special

Carl Kinsella

Graham Norton show

Line of Duty fans take note.

Stephen Graham, who starred in the fifth season of the BBC show, will be on the couch for Graham Norton’s New Year’s Eve celebration. Graham has had a big year, also starring in Martin Scorsese’s The Irishman.

He’s not the only heavyweight who’ll be joining Graham, though. Fan favourite Tom Hanks will be ringing in the new year on your television screen, alongside Matthew Rhysand, his co-star in the upcoming Beautiful Day in the Neighbourhood, a Mr. Rogers biopic.

Graham (the actor, not the host) and Hanks have appeared alongside each other on the show before, with Graham teaching Hanks how to speak in a scouse accent.

Midsommar and Little Women star Florence Pugh will be there for the countdown, as will Anthony Joshua, fresh from his win over his heavyweight rival Andy Ruiz.

The blockbuster line-up is completed by Strictly Come Dancing judge Motsi Mabuse. Music will be provided by Spice Girl Mel C, who’ll be performing with LGBTQ+ troupe Sink the Pink, playing their new track ‘High Heels.’
