Stuart Carolan has left fans guessing.
The good news for Love/Hate fans is that the show’s creator, Stuart Carolan is not ruling out a return of the gangland drama to our screens.
It’s been widely known now that there would be no sixth series this year and that the show was taking a break.
Some speculated that this would be the end and even some of the stars of the show have called for it to finish up while it’s still hugely popular.
However, Carolan responded to a question about the sixth series to the Irish Mirror by simply saying “Never say never, we’ll see.”
He then went on to say “For years, it was back to back. It’s really important sometimes to take time out. I’m really proud of it but we didn’t want the quality to drop.”
