#TRAILERCHEST: You’ll never look at this Oscar-winner the same way again once you see her in new horror movie MA

Rory Cashin

Get home safe…

Welcome to #TrailerChest, where we’re taking a sneak peek at the brand new trailer for MA.

Plot’s it all about?

Octavia Spencer is an incredible actress, having won an Oscar, and bringing her amazing talents to the likes of Fruitvale Station, Hidden Figures, The Shape Of Water, Zootopia, Snowpiercer, and loads more besides.

Additionally, Tate Taylor is a director who has brought us the likes of The Help, Get On Up, and The Girl On The Train. So seeing them work together on this freaky looking psychological thriller has got us very excited.

They’ve teamed up with Blumhouse (the folks behind Get Out, Split, and Paranormal Activity) to tell the story of a lonely woman who invites a group of teenagers to party in the basement of her house. However, the kids start to realise that there are some very strange things starting to happen to them, and their parents get very concerned about this strange new woman in their lives…

And, well, things don’t seem like they’re going to end with a friendly discussion about boundaries.
