Netflix announces release date for Red Notice, their most expensive movie to date

Rory Cashin

The all-star $200 million movie will be available to stream in just a few months time.

The Rock stars as the greatest tracker in the world.

Ryan Reynolds stars as the best con-artist around.

And Gal Gadot stars as the world’s best art thief.

In Netflix’s new mega-budgeted action-comedy-thriller Red Notice, we’ll see these three stars collide in a heist plot that is sure to be filled with double- and triple-crosses.

The movie is written and directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber, marking his third collaboration with The Rock, after Central Intelligence and Skyscraper.

Everything else about the movie is still being kept top-secret, except that Variety has reported that with a budget said to be as high as $200 million, this marks the most expensive production in Netflix history.

And now we’ve got one more piece of information, thanks to Netflix and The Rock: Red Notice will be available on the streaming service from Friday, 12 November.

Bring it on!
