They’ve given us a sneak peak of what to expect in August, so all of the below (and more besides!) will be available to stream with your NOW Cinema Membership and your NOW Entertainment Membership, starting with…

HOUSE OF THE DRAGON

Stream weekly from Monday, 22 August

Yep, it is finally here! The HUGELY awaited prequel series to Game Of Thrones arrives this month, set 200 years before the events of the original hit show. It will chronicle the beginning of the end for House Targaryen, leading up to the infamous Dance Of The Dragons, filled with all of the double-crossing, political intrigue and dragon action that you could hope for. This was an event hinted at throughout Game Of Thrones, so getting to see it in action is going to be HUGE!

SING 2

Stream from Friday, 26 August

The sequel to the massively popular animated musical features an incredible set of voice performers, including (deep breath) Matthew McConaughey, Reese Witherspoon, Scarlett Johansson, Pharrell Williams, Halsey and Bono! This time, the singing animal troupe are heading to the entertainment capital of the world to put on the best show imaginable!

IRMA VEP

Stream every episode.

Alicia Vikander headlines this comedy-drama mini-series about a Hollywood actress seeking a career change and a distraction from a recent break-up, so she heads to France to star in a movie about vampires. Things take a turn for the strange when her real life and the movie they’re making begin to blur together…

THE PRINCESS

Stream from Sunday, 14 August

Coming from the Academy-Award winning makers of Searching for Sugar Man and Man on Wire, this powerful documentary uses archival footage to take a unique look into the life and death of Princess Diana, and the impact she has continued to have on the public and its perception of the monarchy.

THE REHEARSAL

Stream every episode from Wednesday, 24 August

There is cringe-comedy, and then there is Nathan Fielder. In this comedy docu-series, Fielder sets up “rehearsals” for people to act out potentially awkward conversations they need to have in their real life, and then shows the multitude of ways it can go terribly, terribly wrong. But still incredibly funny, for us at least!

All of these movies and shows will be available to stream with your NOW Cinema Membership and your NOW Entertainment Membership.
