The End of the Fucking World Season 2

We’re getting eight new episodes in the space of four nights.

Channel 4 have confirmed that Season 2 of the award-winning dark comedy The End of the F***ing World will start on 4 November.

The news gets even better, because the eight-part series will air two episodes in a double bill every night starting on Monday, 4 November, with the season ending on 7 November.

Basically, that’s eight episodes in the space of four days.

In case you happen to miss the new episodes, they’re also going to be available to stream on All 4 too.

Very few details have been given away about Season 2, but we know that Jessica Barden is reprising her role as the mouthy and brazen Alyssa.

However, the fate of James (Alex Lawther) is yet to be determined.

The new series is set two years on from the Season 1 cliffhanger and Alyssa is still dealing with the fallout of past actions.

Naomi Ackie (Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, Lady Macbeth) joins the cast as strange new character Bonnie, an outsider with a troubled past and mysterious connection to Alyssa and Tim Key (This Time with Alan Partridge) also joins as motel owner Gus.

Charlie Covell is returning to write the new episodes of the show, which is based on the comic book series by Charles Forsman.

In case you need a brief reminder, this trailer re-capping Season 1 is perfect.
