It wasn't too long ago that writer/director Barry Jenkins was collecting the Best Picture Oscar award for his incredible movie Moonlight, and his follow-up is garnering just as much praise.
If Beale Street Could Talk tells the story of a woman in Harlem who embraces her pregnancy while she and her family struggle to prove her fiancé innocent of a crime.
The film is nominated for three Oscars, including Best Supporting Actress for Regina King, and Jenkins is nominated for his work on Best Adapted Screenplay.
Overall, the movie is quite likely to be the most romantic movie you'll see this year, telling the truly powerful tale of love overcoming some seriously difficult hurdles, and Omniplex Cinemas are giving you the chance to see it on Valentine's Day!
