Imagine watching it on an exercise bike

This movie isn’t for the faint-hearted.

Whiplash is one of the must-see movies of the year.

It’s won countless awards already and has picked up five Oscar nominations so yeah, it’s quality.

It stars Miles Teller who plays a young jazz drummer who ends up training at one of the best music schools in America where he meets a fearsome conductor played by J.K. Simmons.

The film is seriously intense, but we underestimated exactly how intense it is for viewers.

Here’s an interesting infographic that looks at the effects of watching Whiplash, and measures it against other high-intensity activities.
