PIC: Salma Hayek ended up hospital yesterday with an extremely inappropriate t-shirt

Hollywood star Salma Hayek was on set filming yesterday when she picked up a minor head injury and just to be safe, the producers sent the actress to a local hospital for a check up. In the whole hullaballoo, nobody took any notice of the t-shirt Hayek was wearing during the scene when she picked up the injury. She posted this photo to her own Instagram, you'd get a fright if you saw her from a distance.

"I had to be rushed from set to the ER for a minor head injury. Unfortunately my wardrobe for the scene was completely inappropriate for the hospital," said Hayek. "Thank you to doctors Foster and Ellspermann for taking such good care of me!" We reckon they were happy to help, really funny.
