Robin Williams’ son posts heartbreaking tribute on late actor’s birthday

Robin Williams would have turned 73.

The Hollywood star and Oscar-winner was renowned for his incredible performances in Mrs Doubtfire, Good Will Hunting, Dead Poets Society and more before he died at the age of 63 in 2014.

Since his death his three children, Zelda, Cody and Zachary, have all tried to keep his legacy going,

Zak, 41, is now the CEO of mental wellness supplement company Prepare Your Mind and on the day of what would've been his father's birthday, posted a heartfelt message.

Sharing a photo on Sunday (21 July) of his dad sitting cross legged, as if he were meditating, he said: "Dad, on what would be your 73rd birthday, I remember you for all the hope and joy you brought to the world.

"There’s not a week that goes by without someone sharing with me how you helped them through a dark time or a rough patch.

"I’m so grateful and proud to be your son. Love you forever."
