Film fans are in for a treat next year…

The Jameson Dublin International Film Festival (JDIFF) has been running since 2003 and has played host to a whole host of Irish and Hollywood stars, from Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson, to Danny DeVito and Richard Dreyfuss.

This year, JDIFF have announced that the Oscar-nominated screenwriter and playwright, Sir David Hare (The Reader and The Hours), will attend the festival .

There will also be screenings of Alan Rickman’s period drama A Little Chaos, which stars actress Kate Winslet.

Last, but by no means least, the Irish premiere of Mary McGuckian’s biopic of iconic designer Eileen Gray, The Price of Desire, will also be held. The film has a stellar cast including Alanis Morissette and Vincent Perez appearing alongside Irish actress Orla Brady.

The 13th Jameson Dublin International Film Festival runs from March 19-29 in 2015 and , if you’re in Dublin at that time, we would urge you to head along for some world-class film entertainment.

The JDIFF 2015 Season Ticket is currently available to purchase at an early bird price of €200 until January 5 2015 and you can purchase tickets and find out more info at www.jdiff.com.

And because we’re so sound, we’ve attached a clip of last year’s festival to give you a little taste of the excellent event…
