We don't think this Grinch's heart will be growing three times in size...
A trailer has hit the web for the upcoming Grinch horror movie The Mean One.
Yes, for those of you who didn't think Jim Carrey's portrayal of the green grump in How the Grinch Stole Christmas was weird or creepy enough, you're in luck because the Grinch is getting the full horror treatment this December.
And we've now got our first proper look at the film with the release of a teaser, which you can watch below.

Quite something isn't it?
The film's official synopsis reads: "The Mean One is a hairy, green-skinned grump in a Santa suit, living on a mountain high above the town of Newville, despising the holiday season.
"Young Cindy You-Know-Who, whose parents were butchered by the Mean One 20 Christmases earlier, is returning to town to seek closure... but when the Mean One launches a new reign of terror that threatens to destroy Christmas, Cindy finds a bold new purpose – trapping and killing the monster."
The titular Mean One will be played by David Howard Thornton, best known for starring as Art the Clown in the Terrifier movies.
Krystle Martin, Chase Mullins, Amy Schumacher and John Bigham will also appear in supporting roles.
The announcement of the film earlier this year created an online buzz and is the latest in the trend of classic childhood characters being turned into nightmare fuel, coming after the announcement of Winnie the Pooh horror spoof Blood and Honey.
The Mean One will be released on 15 December and it will be completely free to watch.
