How far have we really come?
David McWilliams has a new four-part series starting on Thursday night and it’s one you won’t want to miss.
The new show is called David McWilliams Ireland, and it’s based in front of a live studio audience and sees McWilliams discuss the big issues facing Ireland’s society and economy today.
His first episode will address the Irish property market and the Irish housing bubble.
"Right now in Dublin that 3 Bedroom Semi, is going up by €500 a week!"

Comedians Oliver Callan and Andrew Maxwell are also on board and will lighten up proceedings with their satirical take on Irish current affairs.
The first part of the show will air on Thursday night at 10pm and is well worth tuning into.
After all, look at this eerily prophetic prediction he made way back in 2003.
In the broadcast on RTÉ, McWilliams said: “The Irish property market is a scam. It is an enormous financial swindle that could potentially confine an entire generation of young Irish workers with years of bad debts”
Sounds familiar, doesn’t it?
