Welcome to #TrailerChest, where we're taking a sneak peek at the brand new trailer for Top Gun: Maverick. Plot's it all about? The trailer shows us a look at Tom Cruise's legendary character of Pete 'Maverick' Mitchell, and he is now very much in a veteran position. The sequel to the 1986 classic sees him mentor a whole new generation of U.S. Navy fighter pilots, and even though his best years may be behind him, he looks absolutely ripped. Not bad for a 57-year-old, if you ask us. There's loads of callbacks to the original movie too - volleyball scenes, riding motorcycles, and flying fighter jets. Class. We didn't get much other information other than that, but that doesn't mean we're not still buzzing. Starring: Tom Cruise, Miles Teller, Glen Powell, Jennifer Connelly. Directed by: Joseph Kosinski.
