One of the most eagerly anticipated sports documentaries will air on our screens next Monday night, as ‘Rough Rider’ is set to be broadcast on RTÉ One at 9.30pm.
The documentary focuses on Irish journalist Paul Kimmage during the aftermath of Lance Armstrong’s admission that he took performance enhancing drugs and it also follows Kimmage around the 2013 Tour de France.
Kimmage was one of the most vocal journalist in the uncovering of the use of performance enhancing drugs in professional cycling and was one of very few who stood up to Armstrong.
