A blast from the television past.
Actress Allison Janney relived her most famous role earlier today as she took over White House press duties from current incumbent Josh Earnest.
Janney, of course, is best known for playing press secretary C.J. Cregg in the long-running (and unfailingly brilliant) The West Wing.
In real life, Janney proved a bit more nervous that Claudia Jean ever did, but she still had the White House press corps eating from the palm of her hand throughout her mini-coup.
