JOE brings you the latest trailers in association with the good folk over at Magnet.
The latest clip for Neil Blonkamp’s sci-fi thriller has Max De Costa (Matt Damon) showing off his droid-dispatching talent, as he comes face-to-face with his robotic, gun-wielding enemy.
Set in 2154, Elysium tells the tale of De Costa, a man who takes it upon himself to break onto Elysium, a perfect, artificial space station that the rich and elite have built for themselves, while everyone else lives in poverty on a post-Apocalyptic Earth. Selfish basta*ds.
Although it’s only a short clip, it does contain some impressive slow motion, high-definition action and also has William Fichtner excellently delivering the cold line, “They are armed and I’d like them dead.”

Elysium is due for release in Irish cinemas on 21 August.
