We should immediately point out that Davy is not actually screaming at the ducks here, but it’s amazing what some clever editing can do these days…
The Clare manager is, of course, one of the coaches on Ireland's Fittest Family, who have come up with an extremely clever teaser clip for the next episode on Sunday night.
Having captured a family of plucky little ducks going for a waddle in the vicinity of the show’s obstacle course, the RTE technical geniuses have made it appear as if Davy, Kenny Egan, Jason Sherlock and Derval O’Rourke are aggressively shouting encouragement in their direction as opposed to the families they’re looking after on the show.
And, as you’d expect, nobody is as frightening when it comes to shouting encouragement as Davy; if that doesn’t get you moving we don’t know what will.
