Prime Video reveals first look at spin-off to one of its biggest shows

We're very intrigued.

Set in the 1950s, the prequel show will explore the twisted origins of Vought International, the villainous multi-billion-dollar superhero entertainment conglomerate that is central to the franchise.

The main characters in Vought Rising will be Soldier Boy and Stormfront, with actors Jensen Ackles and Aya Cash reprising their roles from The Boys.

The cast for the prequel also includes Mason Dye (Stranger Things), Will Hochman (Before), KiKi Layne (If Beale Street Could Talk), Jorden Myrie (The Strays), Nicolo Pasetti (That Dirty Black Bag), Elizabeth Posey (Euphoria), Ricky Staffieri (The Bear), and Brian J. Smith (Sense8).
