No album this week, but instead Chance the Rapper releases four brand new songs

Chano’s back.

Earlier this week we reported that there was new music on the way from Chance the Rapper.

In an interview with the Chicago Tribune, Chance implied that an album would be released this week. He said that the music would be out just in time for his performance at the Special Olympics, which is taking place in his hometown of Chicago.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like there will be a full length album being released any time soon.

But it’s not all bad news.

Instead of a full-length album, we’ve been given four new singles.

‘I Might Need Security’, ‘Wala Cam’, ‘Work Out’ and ’65th and Ingleside’ were all released in the early hours of Thursday morning.

All four of the songs are available on all major streaming services, which is good news for fans of the rapper, as this is not always the case with his music.

His debut album Acid Rap was put out for free on YouTube, with his second project Colouring Book appearing exclusively on Apple Music, before being made available everywhere soon afterwards.

This comes weeks after his friend Childish Gambino released two new summer anthems. There has been discussion that the two have a collaboration album in the works, but that news is yet to be confirmed.
