Something for your Body & Soul.

Body & Soul has become an increasingly big feature on the festival calendar in recent years. It’s grown into a major event without losing any of that special vibe that sets it apart from the rest.

So what do you need to know about this year’s festival? Well, we’ve come up with a handy A to Z to tell you what you need to look out for, both in terms of big acts and under-the-radar attractions.

A: Ailbhe Reddy

Dublin Ailbhe Reddy is an introspective singer songwriter who has been making waves with her patented brand of cathartic folk music.

B: The Bulmers Lounge

A line-up of theatrical and pop-up performances will provide the best in Irish music, song, storytelling and laughter.

C: Cinema

The Lighthouse Cinema returns with movie classics like My Girl, The Rocky Horror Picture Show and Stop Making Sense.

D: Dates

Body & Soul takes place on the Summer Solstice weekend, between 23-25 June, 2017.

E: Elephant

Dundalk-based multi-instrumentalist Shane Clarke brings his unique folk-tinged tunes to the stage with a full band.

F: Food

Body & Soul always has a quality selection of grub so prepare to be pleasantly surprised by the spread that’s on offer.

G: Great line-up

There’s a serious line-up of music, talks, films, healthy activities and much more.

H: Home Fries

Get healthy alternatives to fast food from this outfit’s 70s mobile home.

I: Immerse Spa Experience

Enjoy some immersive water treatments and bubbling hot tubs.

J: John Connelly Inc

Roisin Dubh darlings and purveyors of live jazz that will blow you away.

K: Kelly Anne Byrne

The DJ has established herself via her regular gigs in some of Dublin’s best venues and with her work on Today FM.

L: Lambchop

This long-running band are a must-see so check out their inimitable brand of country, post-rock, soul and scuzzy avant-garde noise.

M: Masquerade Ball

Hosted by Veuve Clicquot, this does exactly what it says on the tin. Guests are invited to get dressed up and join in the fun on Saturday, 24 June.

N: Naked Juice Tent

Call over and enjoy free delicious smoothies, powerful exercise classes and more.

O: Ourland

This celebration of the natural land takes place over three stages and offers shows by musicians, nature experts, artists, photographers, creators and more.

P: Positive Energy Stage

Yoga and mindfulness sessions kick off the day and you can catch events like Ourland, Ignite the Fire, Bug & Butterfly Ball and Forest Sounds.

R: Root & Branch

This Belfast company will be providing coffee so they’ll be your best friends by the end of the weekend.

S: Soul Kids

Soul kids is a space for children that provides acts, performances and workshops for your little festival heads.

V: Vernon Jane

An eclectic Dublin-based group that combine jazz influences with psychedelic sounds.

W: Weval

Brace yourself for the catchy, dance-infused pop from Dutch duo, Harm Coolen and Merijn Scholte Albers.

X: Xylophone?

Eh, someone at the festival is bound to have a xylophone. We think.

Y: Yarns

As in Arbutus Yarns, a theatre that will be showing music documentary films and performances by special guests.

Z: Zen
