It’s been an emotional morning for Ireland’s Coldplay fans.
There were queues outside Ticketmaster and thousands of people across the country hunched over their laptops ready to seize on the opportunity to see Coldplay in Croke Park next July.
Tickets cost a pretty penny, between €69.50 and €144, but clearly people were more than happy to fork over the cash for Chris and co.
Tickets for the gig sold out within minutes, leaving a bunch people online crying worse than if they had just heard ‘The Scientist’.
Don't worry if you missed out on Coldplay tickets. I'm sure the GAA will appoint a ref who makes sure it goes to a replay.#ColdplayDublin
