Who: Cradle Of Filth
Date: March 14
Where: Limelight, Belfast

If you like your metal extreme and loud, this is the gig for you. Metal veterans Cradle of Filth are in Belfast at the Limelight to burst your eardrums and help you get sweaty.

These lads are going 25 years now, so they must have something about them.

Go and enjoy the noise.

Who: Andrew Weatherall
Date: March 16
Where: Wigwam, Dublin

One of the legendary producers and DJs of our time. Weatherall is a dance music veteran and has remixed and produced for some of the biggest bands around.

Björk, Siouxsie Sioux, The Orb, The Future Sound of London, New Order, Manic Street Preachers, My Bloody Valentine, James and many others have worked with the great man over the years and his remix of My Bloody Valentine’s ‘Soon’ was voted the best remix of all time by NME.

Who: The Hot Sprockets

Where: Whelan’s, Dublin

The Hot Sprockets are a great live band. They bring a sense of fun and colour to their gigs and always put on a barnstorming performance.

This gig in Whelan’s on Paddy’s night looks like it could be an absolute belter.

Who: Duke Special
Date: March 18
Where: Kavanagh’s, Portlaoise

The Belfast-based singer songwriter has long been a favourite of the live music-loving fans in this country. With a very distinctive look and sound, Duke Special has been wowing audiences all over Ireland for a long time now.

This intimate gig in Kavanagh’s of Portlaoise should live up to his name and be pretty special.

Who: James Morrison
Date: March 20
Where: Olympia Theatre, Dublin

Burst on to the scene back in 2006 with the ridiculously catchy ‘You Give Me Something’ which was global hit and has since gone from strenght to strength.
