“I think the Dublin music scene at the moment is definitely really buzzing.”

Le Boom are an Irish electro-indie-house-pop duo who have been getting rave reviews with their indie electro-pop.

Originally from Ireland, Chris and Aimie found their sound in Brooklyn’s underground late-night, art-school house parties in 2016. Since then, their live shows and distinctive sound have been earning them a lot of critical praise at home and abroad.

The duo has played shows in New York, Iceland and the UK but this summer they’ll be back on home soil for a special performance at Bulmers Forbidden Fruit in Royal Hospital Kilmainham on Saturday, 3 June.

Judging by this video, it could be their best gig yet. This year’s festival will feature a brand new Bulmers Live Stage, which was added to showcase some of the amazing Irish talent coming through at the moment. It promises to be a great chance to see what young Irish acts have to offer and a chance to celebrate the musical talent on these shores.

Bulmers has added a sixth stage to this year’s Bulmers Forbidden Fruit Festival in support of immensely talented, emerging Irish artists.

The Bulmers Live Stage – 100% Irish is a new platform that will play host to 15 artists over the three days, with really strong representation from incredible female performers such as Laoise, Tara Lee and Loah.

Please drink responsibly.
