What a talent Dermot Kennedy is.
The young singer-songwriter from Wicklow joined us in Whelan’s to play his new single After Rain, and what we heard was a poignant, mature song written by a man who has the perfect voice to deliver it.
Dermot also performed an acoustic cover of Lana Del Rey’s Young And Beautiful, a rendition so faithful you’d almost think he wrote the track himself.
