WATCH: Versatile tore the place up at Longitude

Their wild rise continues.

Longitude took over Marlay Park last weekend, powering through various cancellations and a strange security warning from the United States embassy.

In the end, the festival ran smoothly, with thousands of young people out in force to enjoy performances from the likes of Stormzy, Cardi B and Vince Staples.

JOE's own Rudi Kinsella was among them, where he documented the below unique cultural first during Versatile's set:

For those not in the know, Versatile are a satirical (we think) Dublin rap outfit that trade in profane, vivid and darkly comical adventures.

Their work might not be to everyone's taste, but they are unquestionably one of Ireland's hottest acts right now, regularly playing to thousands and carving out a growing young fan base.

To little surprise, they're also one of the most talked-about acts coming out of Longitude.

No better time to take to YouTube and upload a highlight reel from the occasion, eh?
