Hard to know if the singer is a keen rugby fan or not, but she quickly joined in for her own personal Haka routine.

Beyonce was performing in Auckland last week when the concert crew decided to greet her in the most traditional local way possible with the iconic war dance.

Chanting, slapping their sides and distorting their faces, the local crew of stagehands and technicians honoured the songstress by performing the ancient rite at Auckland’s Vector Arena.

While many opposition rugby players have crumbled in the face of the All Blacks pre-match tradition, the singer soon joined in, pulling her own fearsome look in response.

A good sport and quick learner.
